Frank is a native of Los Angeles. Raised by a poor single mother of three, he experienced a childhood that was challenging. Poverty, violence, and struggle was the context of his background. Yet through these obstacles, Frank was able to develop healthy coping skills to not only survive, but to thrive. He has spent his life sharing these tools with low-income youth of color, victims of violence, and those who are seeking to improve their health and wellbeing. Frank has a lifelong commitment to social justice for all and has developed tools and trainings to empower others to overcome the odds.
